Success, guaranteed
How might your life and network marketing business change if you were certain that you couldn’t fail, if you knew that everything you attempted was guaranteed to succeed 100%? What would you do differently? What risks would you take? What journeys would you embark on? How would knowing that you could not possibly fail affect your network marketing business? Take a few moments to let this question seep in and see what answers come to you.
OK so you’ve pictured a successful network marketing business… so? What’s stopping you from achieving that ideal vision?
We are all conditioned to accept a given amount of success. This built-in programming acts like a limited that keeps us from failing too badly… or from succeeding too handsomely. It’s like a thermostat programmed for 70 degrees. If the room heats up, the cooling will kick in. If the room gets cold, the heat will come on. The temperature therefore varies within a narrow range. It’s the same with success.
Look back at your life and I’ll bet that you’ll see periods of extraordinary (relative to the average) periods of wealth, happiness, business profits, etc. You will also see periods of hardship, struggle, and seeming inability to make anything happen no matter how hard you try. Average these two out and you’ll probably arrive at an amazingly level average. That average is your comfort zone. Think about that comfort zone and how faithfully you’ve stuck by it and you’ll realize that you haven’t failed at all. In fact, you’ve been a perfect success! This is great news! You received programming for a given level of success and have done a stellar job of maintaining that level.
The fact that you’ve followed your current program 100% successfully in your life or network marketing business means that you can achieve any level of success you want. Everything that’s gone wrong in your life is just as successful as the things that have gone right… because those “failures” are nothing more than you being true to your inner programming. Replace the programming and you’ll follow your new program just as successfully. After all, a computer that runs a word processor perfectly can also run a spreadsheet! One cannot blame the computer if the programming is flawed or limited. The computer can’t tell the difference between good and bad code and neither can your brain. I’d be terrified of a computer that did not follow its programming, even if that meant fewer crashes and other problems.
Fix the programming and the computer will run it perfectly. The same analogy holds true for you. If you don’t like the life or network marketing business you have, then all you need to do is change how you define success and everything else will change accordingly. This isn’t hard to do. In fact, it’s so easy that most people never do it… because they can never bring themselves to believe just how easy it is to change their self-limiting programming.
Changing your definition of success is as easy as 1-2-3:
First, realize that YOU alone are responsible for your life and network marketing business. You alone have the “ability to respond” to anything that happens to you. That makes you powerful and you must own that power.
Second, define exactly what you want materially, emotionally, and spiritually. The only way to get where you’re going is to know where that is.
Third, realize that you have succeeded at everything in your life that you have been committed to… which means everything you have actually done, not everything you may have been interested in. If you don’t like your current commitments, change them! You will fulfill these new commitments just as successfully as your old ones.
How would your life and network marketing business be different if you were guaranteed 100% success? It’s a trick question. They already are. The moment you stop committing to the success you have and start committing to the success you want, you’ll start achieving that sought-after success. Match your interest (the success you want0 with your commitment (what you actually do) and the outcome is guaranteed.
