A Quick Buck vs Residual Income – How to Make Your Marketing Efforts Deliver
You’ve had your MLM business for six months now. Your starting to build a down line and make a little money when you hear from a buddy about a different product that’s is supposedly making him much more money. You think “hmm… well I have a small down line already with my company and maybe I can market this product and run multiple MLM businesses for faster profits.” WRONG.
Ever hear the expression ‘United We Stand’? By separating you MLM business ventures you are actually doubling your work and minimizing your profits. By trying to market too many different products in different niches you will end up under marketing in all of your different niches and making less money then if you focused all of your concentration on one specific niche, built a large down line, taught your down line this, and experienced down line duplication.
Five 10 person front lines will never be as successful as one 50 person front line, it’s in the math of how MLM compensation plans work… as well as having a fifty person front line gives you credibility in that niche to attract more people, more easily and will give you more time to teach your down line to do the same. This is how you really start to make money.
I am only relating my own personal experience here with you. I tried this method about a year back and maxed out at around 3,500$ a month… and I was working long hours. I realized how faulted this was when I changed my strategy to focus solely on my informational products and in less than two months had tripled the salary it took me over a year too build up too (though I had also been learning a lot along the way).
And now after strategically developing systems (search for any of my how to develop systems articles) I am only involved in two different avenues, one basically on autopilot and making roughly 60-70 thousand a month. Trust me it is much more effective to concentrate on developing a large database in a specific niche then too try to be everywhere in hopes of gathering the most traffic. An existing customer is the most profitable customer and a large database in a single niche gives you ease at marketing new products, cross selling and up selling, developing name recognition… basically all the most important things needed to really take the most advantage of you time and make the most profits.
