The first time I heard the word blog I had to have it repeated a few times. My reaction was a what, what is that and why do I need it? Now blogging is very much a part of my MLM efforts.
What is a Blog?
A blog can also be known as a web log. They are used as an online journal. You can write about anything you want. The possibilities are endless! Write about your life, your business, your family, the sky is the limit!
What is a MLM blog?
A MLM blog is really just a blog that is devoted to your MLM business. You can post information about your business, how you grow your business, training for you down line, and anything else you can think of.
Why would I have a MLM blog?
This can be a very powerful resource for your business.
If you have a team announcement you can simply post it on your blog. This can save time and effort of communicating your message individually with each team member.
When your team grows larger a blog can help them to get to know you on a more personal level. Relationships are critical in MLM. But, it is very time consuming to build a relationship. If your organization has any number of people the time factor becomes an issue. The blog shortens this time by letting your team members get to know you by simply reading your blog.
A MLM blog can also create a sense of community among your team members. MLM is really about creating communities of like minded people. Blogs bring people who are all focused on the same goal into a community like setting.
Training is a vital part of any MLM business. A blog can create an environment where your team member can go back to day one of your business and learn from your successes and also your failures. The training is consistent because it is in black and white on your blog.
