Sorry but this is not the way to build your business!Lets take a step back for a bit. Does Amway make money from selling the “Business Opportunity” or from moving product. Look all MLM programs are not the same and they do not all have the same ethics. But the one thing that is critical to the success of the company itself is to move or sell real products and or services. In any case If they do not then they will not last as there can be no doubt that the only thing left is what we know as a pyramid sales scam.

I just want you to review the selling of that all important “Business Plan” So it is clear for sure that the real money in building an MLM company is in establishing a strong network, and also that the network is collectively moving lots of stuff! I absolutely agree with this.
But, if you have no passion about your companies “Stuff”, it is going to be very difficult to sell their products. And almost impossible to sell the business Plan.

Winning with an MLM business is an exciting prospect, and it is easy to get caught up in pushing the “Opportunity” and most network marketers do get caught in that trap. Without a balance in your attention to both the products and the Business Plan, failure is almost a certainty.

Let me give you an example. Mary Kay is in most experts eyes including mine, one of the best MLM Company out there. And I am not and will never be involved with Mary Kay.

Allow me to introduce a few things about myself. I have many years of experience in furniture and consumables for printers.

While I have a proven track record in sales I am also a 40 something year old guy from downunder.I love lots of things in life but one of them is definitely not cosmetics.

Here are some good reasons why Mary might not me to get involved anyway-

-I have no interest or passion about the products on offer

-I have no real way of relating to the target audience

While this might be a faily obvious situation, my point is that the best “opportunity” or the best MLM company, is most likely to be a waste of time if you as the operator of your own business, do not have the right set of tools to make a go of the opportunity.

To view this from a slightly different perspective, just look at anyone that you know who has made a success in their career or business. The underlying factor in all will be that they love doing what they do. The wealth that has come will be the result rather than the reason.
