MLM Recruiting Like The Pro’s! The other day I was talking with a someone who just got started in network marketing and asked me how do I recruit people into my business like the pro’s? He also has previous mlm experience. I started off asking him, do you want to make money or spend money? Of course he laughed with me. He said make money. I said great. So how will you do this in you new mlm business opportunity? He said I will do what I did last time. I said what’s that? He said buy generic leads from a lead company and cold call them. I asked him did that work for you last time in you old mlm business? He said sometimes. I said why would you do the same thing again if it never worked for you last time? He said, because that’s all I know how to do!
This is the challenge with mlm today. New and veteran network marketers are not taught any marketing in their mlm business. They are just told to buy generic leads from lead companies and cold call them. This does not help with the 95% failure rate in our great industry. So I started of by suggesting to him that he learn how to generate highly targeted red hot prospects on his own. I let him know that the one thing you should not do in your mlm business is outsource you lead generation. You never know were you leads come from and you never have control over your business and the leads you generate are exclusive to you only! Then I suggested that he use a system that will generate these red hot super targeted mlm prospects and at the same time have the prospects he generates pay him to be on his list!
I let him know that you do this by providing a product or service that will help other network marketers on how to build a successful mlm business. This system will also give him the opportunity to generate cash and targeted red hot prospects endlessly. I also suggested that the main reasons great people in network marketing quit is because they over spend themselves out of their mlm business and also not having enough leads to promote their mlm business. So the key is to first generate your own red hot super targeted prospects so you have total control over your business and at the same time generate cash for you mlm business even if no one joins you.
