MLM Training – Downline Dead or Dying

Is your MLM training killing your downline or have they already dropped dead? Have you struggled to keep your MLM training viable so you could keep your business growing or does it seem like a never ending job to keep every one moving ahead? You’ve worked hard to recruit people with the promises of making money, but when push comes to shove what type of MLM training are you providing to your downline? Is it the same MLM training you received and is it duplicatable?

Let’s take a look at the typical training given in MLM. After joining a company an upline leader trains you in the ways to be successful. They will train you with methods which sound like this, “Send out mass emails, talk to family and friends, get 100 no’s and make sure you sell those products.” Uplines teach and train their downlines to be salespeople. This is the exact reason downlines stall. Uplines try to teach how to be sales people. 92% of the world’s population doesn’t like to sell or be sold. When we train our downlines this way, they won’t respond. People won’t become what they don’t like, and they don’t like sales people!

With proper MLM training, downlines don’t die; in fact they prosper quite well. If you take a different approach I’ll bet you will be pleasantly surprised! Let’s try a friendly way of getting to know each and every one you talk to. Notice I didn’t say sign up, there’s a better way. Don’t you like it when some one listens to what you really want out of life? You feel like that person is really interested in you. With some one like that mentoring you, you would do what ever that person asks and is doing.
