Kindness – Kindness goes a long way towards keeping things running smoothly. Show compassion towards your co-workers and customers. Your insight will help them feel part of the company and will do wonders in preventing drop out.
Vision – Every leader needs to have vision. This vision allows you to see what many others may not be able to – success. A good leader will impart his vision to others through sheer enthusiasm.
As a leader you can learn to develop those skills that you feel aren’t strong enough. Work on these areas while continuing to develop and grow. Cultivate an environment where you teach these traits to those who follow you and you will become a true leader.
