Do they offer personal training and mentoring?
A good mlm sponsor is someone who also has a system setup to train his affiliates and make sure that they are up to date on all the latest and effective marketing strategies for the company. Someone who just sends you a welcome letter is not a good sponsor. In addition they must provide you with access to some kind of training website or blog where you can visit to learn how to get started.
A good mlm sponsor is someone who will contact you personally and not wait for you to ask questions. They will also need to provide unlimited email and telephone support for you if you need more personal assistance in addition to any website of training blog they might have setup.
Will they help build your business for you?
You might be lucky enough to find someone who will even advertise for you. There are some companies that have compensation plans that offer one hundred percent commissions on all levels, so it is only in the sponsors best interest to build your own downline at the same time.
Are you going to be a good sponsor?
The only way to truly have mlm success is if you continue to do everything your sponsor shows you and also be a good sponsor yourself. It is ultimately up to you if you are going to succeed. You can have a really good sponsor and fail if you don’t take action. It is very easy to blame your sponsor for your failure, but it is really up to you if you want to make it.
Make sure that you also setup your own system of becoming a good sponsor and pass it along to your own team. Only then will you be own the road to true mlm success.
