Now how do I train new leaders in my MLM organization?

Follow these rules below to discover potential diamonds in your team who just need to be polished and groomed into the shining leaders that they are destined to become.

1. They follow instructions and duplicate exactly what you teach them to do.

2. They always volunteer to help out with activities in any small way they can.

3. They always maintain a positive attitude even in the face of difficulty.

4. They always offer encouragement to their downlines and even to other sidelines.

5. They contact you regularly and keep you informed about their results without you having to keep calling them.

If you have downlines who fulfill these 5 criteria, you can immediately note them down as your potential leaders who will stay and help your organization to grow big and stable.

If you do not have anyone like that at the moment: well, start looking for some!

Now once you have identified the real leaders from the rest of the pack, place more emphasis on these leaders.

These are the 5 things you need to do:

1. Give them more personal consultation time.

2. Make sure you give them each clear cut targets and goals.

3. Encourage them regularly to let them know that they can become great leaders.

4. Give them more opportunities to speak on stage and strengthen their public speaking skills.

5. Make sure they attend all the company and system trainings to upgrade their knowledge and strengthen their belief in the company and system.

If you pay attention to these potential leaders, they will grow into top leaders of huge organizations in your team.

Once you have at least 2 to 5 of such key leaders, form a mastermind group who will become the core of your team.

Organise a monthly gathering of your key leaders to exchange positive ideas and share positive experiences.

This is will encourage cooperation so that even sidelines can help each other during cross city events and even international events.
