Massive MLM Recruiting Requires the Right System AND the Proper Attitude
It’s too hard. It’s a scam. You will never succeed. I can’t believe you are falling for that line again. Haven’t you had enough disappointment already? Do these questions sound familiar? What is the expression…if I had a dollar for every time I heard this…… You get the idea. Do these thoughts sound healthy to you? Do they breed an attitude of expectation?
And there is the problem. Too many people enter their network marketing experience and quickly fall into this mindset. So how do we combat this issue?
Pick and choose the business people you work with. Even if the negative person is your upline, work with someone else. The business world is hard enough without having stinkin thinkers filling your head with ideas that are not productive. Surround yourself with people who are like-minded, growth orientated people. People who are not easily swayed. People who do not succumb to the first sign of difficulty.
Be prepared to get on the front line. You may take some hits, emotionally, but if you persevere the rewards are tremendous. And, not only in the financial sense. The feeling of self worth increases every time you handle a negative issue, EVEN IF the outcome was not a good one, you will still feel good about yourself.
The second issue that is critical to your success is to have a system in place that takes some of the negative issues out of the formula. For example, if you have system that is truly duplicatable and easy to implement, you will find many of the negative issues that have destroyed the dreams of many are not even present anymore.
How would you like to work in an environment like that? A system that is streamlined, is easy to implement and duplicate, and surrounds you with associates and mentors that exude with an attitude and expectation of success.
