The first thing most people do after signing up as a MLM distributor is they have high hopes of big checks. It is important to remember this is a business about leverage. Sometimes it takes a little time to get that leverage working for you.

Be patient and take consistent action. The leverage will come and your business will grow. Some all stars are able to do it in a very short period of time. It is ok if you are not one of them. If you put the time and energy in the big checks will come.

It will probably take some time and money to get to where you want to be. Invest it wisely and watch your business grow.

Another pitfall to avoid when you become a distributor is to make sure you choose the company and products wisely. If you are only sold on the opportunity but not on any of the products chances are your prospects will not be either. Yes you may find some opportunity seekers that will join for just the business. But most people will want to make sure they use and have a need for the products first.

The products are the meat and potatoes of your business. Choose them wisely so that you know that you will have the consumers out there that will want to buy them.
